IRA Savings Account
An IRA Savings Account is a great way to accumulate the minimum balance necessary to open an IRA Certificate. (IRA dividends may be tax-deferred. IRS rules and regulations apply.)
Open with a minimum deposit of $25.
Earn dividends by maintaining a minimum average daily balance of $25.
Deposits can be made by payroll deduction.
There are substantial penalties on funds withdrawn before age 59 ½.
IRA Savings Accounts are federally insured by the
National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.
Telco Tip:
Set up a direct deposit into your IRA Savings Account. Before you know it, you’ll have saved enough to open a traditional IRA!
